2. Product Delivery / Membership Portal / Conduct

A. For products delivered through a download link, you will receive a URL to access and download the product. You agree not to share the download link with anyone who did not purchase the product.

B. For products and programs delivered through our membership portals — including the Onward & Upward Training System® and Rooted & Rising — you will create a unique username and password to access your content. You agree not to share your login information with anyone who did not purchase access. You will not sell access to, or duplicate and sell, any of this content without written permission. We reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice for a violation of any part of this provision.

C. The content on this Website and associated membership programs is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as specific business, medical, or other professional advice. Use of any information is at your own risk.

D. Website and membership content is for your personal use only. You may not distribute content or use it for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.

3. Order and Return Policies

For any digital products that you have ordered, you will receive an email with login instructions for our membership portal or download page.

Single Sessions: All purchases for single sessions are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another service within 12 months of the date of purchase.

Online Courses: Purchases of online courses, including the Onward & Upward Training System®, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rooted & Rising Membership: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. See Section 4 for full cancellation terms.

4. Rooted & Rising Membership — Billing and Cancellation

Rooted & Rising is a monthly membership program billed at $49 per month.

Your membership begins on the date of purchase. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your member account, navigating to your subscriptions, and selecting cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership through the end of the period for which you have already been charged. No refunds or prorations are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

We reserve the right to change the membership price with reasonable advance notice to active members.

5. Privacy

We collect and manage your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.panyawalker/privacy-policy.
