Onward & Upward Training System® Online Coaching Program and felt what becomes possible when the body and mind work together. This private study is the next chapter — and it is unlike anything that came before it.
Over 12 months we work together in close, personalized study. This is not a course. It is an apprenticeship in the deepest sense: you, your teacher, and the practice itself, going further together.

Topics are personalized to each participant's Sensory Profile and readiness. The curriculum is a living one — we go where the practice leads.
HOW WE MEET
Students in Santa Fe: 17 in-person sessions over 12 months.
Students outside of Santa Fe: 15 Zoom sessions over 12 months, plus 2 in-person weekend experiences in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
All session scheduling is collaborative — we find a rhythm that works with your life and your practice.
Participants who successfully complete the program may attend Practitioner Training.
