5 Days of Forgiveness: Creating Magic & Miracles In Your Relationships

Holding on to anger and resentment is like drinking

poison and expecting the other person to die. -- Anonymous

This quote rings so very true, especially in our family units -- with the people we see every day. It is easy to ignore little irritations and misunderstandings, or sweep them under the rug in our family units – that is until someone leaves the cap off of the toothpaste, and is met with a maelstrom of anger and argument, that seems to come out of nowhere.

Misunderstandings and hurt feelings that go unaddressed snowball into major conflicts and relationship breakdowns.

Getting into right relationship with ourselves first, means that we take responsibility for our feelings, allow ourselves to feel what we feel, and learn to share our truths, from a place of peace and understanding.

So ask yourself, are you honoring your truth in your relationships, or are you avoiding it? Does the idea of conflict throw you into a tailspin, so you suppress your feelings rather than express them?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then join my upcoming free series: 5 Days of Forgiveness, Creating Magic and Miracles in Your Relationships.

During this series I will be leading you through a transformational forgiveness process where you'll let go of the resentments holding you back in your most important relationships. I'll also teach you how to work through conflict in the moment by connecting through the heart.

You may be thinking, that sounds great, but what if the other person is not willing to listen, or to negotiate with me? Don't worry, we'll cover that too.
